New Commission Strategy!

If you have been around a while you may have noticed I've been experimenting with how to go about taking commissions. I've done slots, to just letting people ask, to having them open forever, but I'm a workaholic and also a pushover/too nice so I ALWAYS take on more than i can chew and before i know it i'm 6 months in and still working on commission orders from January (without break for the most part) Q_Q

So for the next time I open them I think I'll strictly leave it to 3 slots ONLY and 5 slots for icons per month! Perhaps open a couple more when I'm totally clean ad need something to do. That should leave me plenty of breathing space and let me get personal art done without feeling swamped constantly. I hope it works out! 

I'm currently on a commission hiatus, so i'm just doing my own thing right now. I've rearranged and painted my room yesterday! Its bright orange and much more organized *u* I'm also drawing my own characters! I'm really excited. I've noticed that i draw art that is purely for me A LOT faster than commission art. I can finish my own art in one day, but i sit there and work on commissions oft he same quality hours on end over a span of a few days. I guess inspiration lets me power through personal art xD Do you guys do that too?

Hopefully while i'm commission free I can get out some adoptables of my original species, Sugar Squeezies and Daílumi! I'm really happy about my brain babies<3

It is finally summer!! My friends invited me to go to Ocean City Maryland in July! I'm so excited. I haven't been to a beach for like.. 7 years! I haven't gone swimming since 2011 orz. I can't wait~
